Welcome to Tidy Towel! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from shoptidytowel.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Tidy Towel ("Tidy Towel," "we," "us," or "our"), a small business based in Lehi, Utah, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Using our Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Our products

We sell microfiber kitchen tea towels, wash cloths, pool towels, and related home goods. We do our best to show product colors, prints, and details accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens. Many of our prints are seasonal or limited runs, so availability can change without notice.

Care instructions are listed on each product page. Please follow them to keep your towels performing their best.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We don't charge sales tax on shipping.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • We may change prices at any time. Price changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've placed it. We'll let you know if this happens.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pre-sale items: If we offer a pre-sale item, it will ship by the date shown on the product page. If we can't meet that date, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or get a full refund.

5. Subscriptions

If we offer a subscription, the price, delivery frequency, and billing schedule are shown on the product page and at checkout. By buying a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on that schedule until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date using the link in your subscription emails or by emailing support@shoptidytowel.com. Canceling stops future charges. Orders that have already been billed are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Discounts, bundles, and promotions

Discount codes, bundle prices, and promotions are subject to the terms shown with the offer (such as dates, eligible products, and minimums). Discounts can only be combined where the offer or checkout allows it. Discounts have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Title and risk of loss for items you buy pass to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

8. Ambassador program

Our ambassador program is described on our Ambassador Program page. Participation requires approval and is subject to the program details on that page and any additional terms we give you when you're approved. We may change or end the program, or remove a participant, at any time.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use, display, and share that content on our Site, emails, and social media in connection with Tidy Towel. We may remove content that's offensive, off-topic, or unlawful.

10. Our content

All content on the Site, including our logo, towel designs and prints, photos, and text, belongs to Tidy Towel or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell it without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

We want you to love our products, and our Refund & Return Policy explains what we'll do if something isn't right. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tidy Towel won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@shoptidytowel.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
